Lomukura, Kotido District – During a recent rally on December 5th, Hon. Lokii Peter Abrahams MP, the Ex Officio Member of the University Council for the Karamoja Peace And Technology University (KAPATU) Project, and Jie County Parliamentary Representative expressed the eagerness of the 1.4 million residents of Karamoja for the university’s establishment. Speaking to President Museveni, who was visiting the Karamoja subregion, Lokii urged the President to address the rally and reassure the people of his continued support for the university.
