The Dean

Dr. Abel Kamagara has vast span of experience in the field of Electrical, Information Communication, & Technology, Telecommunications, Optics, and Electronics engineering and education both as a professional and as an academic. Amongst is Erasmus+ Mobility Scholar/Teacher in Faculty of Electrical Engineering from Obuda University in Budapest, Hungary (2023); Postdoc researcher in Optical Computational Processing (2020) from The University of Memphis, in Memphis Tennessee, U.S.A; Ph.D. in Optical Engineering (2019) from The University of Chinese Academy of Sciences, in Beijing, and Chinese Academy of Sciences in Shanghai, China. He holds a Master of Engineering (2014) in Sensor Technology, from Coburg University of Applied Sciences and Arts, Coburg, Germany, and Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering (2007) from Makerere University, Kampala, Uganda.
