Your Lordship, Rt. Rev. Bishop Dominic Eibu,
The Catholic Lawyers Society International is saddened to learn of the passing of your most beloved mother and dear friend Victoria Araro, that occurred on the night of the 10th of April, 2024. Please accept our condolences and know that our hearts, thoughts and prayers are with you at this difficult time of profound loss.
Mama Victoria’s impactful life and unwavering commitment to discipline, decency, cleanliness and hard work, distinguished her as a matriarch and has left an indelible legacy. Her great role as a mother to ten great and loving children, guiding them through the path of life with strict as well as loving leadership, tells of her great strength and dedication to the values she held dear.
It is evident that she was not just an ordinary mother but a matriarch of profound resilience and a standard bearer of the moral ethos for her entire family and all who were blessed and lucky enough to know her closely.
Her very close friendship with you, her son, is evidence of the depth of strength of her character and the boundless love she shared. She lived a life that not only nurtured her entire family but also enriched the lives of those around her especially you Rt. Rev. Bishop Dominic Eibu. Your achievement in life as a Roman Catholic Bishop is evidence that she did God’s will as required of her and for this reason, we thank and Glorify God.
At her age of 93, we glorify God for the fullest of the life she lived and the legacy she has left behind. This legacy will certainly continue to inspire and guide many generations to come. We pray that the beautiful memories of her, her strength of character, and strong spirit bring you comfort and peace through this stage of profound loss and sorrow.
During this challenging time, may you find solace in the love of Jesus Christ whom you serve as a High Priest and those who surround you and strength in the faith that was so integral to your mother’s life. Please know that you are not alone. we are here for you. We share in your sorrow and hold you up in prayer.
