He is the President of the Republic of Uganda, the Founding Chancellor and Visitor of Karamoja Peace and Technology University (KAPATU)
James Mugira is a Lieutenant General in the Ugandan army. He is the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of the National Enterprise Corporation (NEC), the business arm of the Uganda People’s Defence Force. He was appointed to that position in April 2015.
He is the Minister for Karamoja Affairs in the Cabinet of Uganda. He is the Member of Parliament for Chekwii County in Nakapiripirit District, and a Lecturer at the Faculty of Education KAPATU.
He is The Hon. Member of Parliament for Pian County in the 11th Parliament of the Republic of Uganda. He also serves as an Ex Officio Member of the Karamoja Peace And Technology University (KAPATU) Project University Council.
Hon. Lokii Peter Abrahams MP is a member of the 11th Parliament of Uganda representing Jie County, Kotido District, Karamoja Sub Region, Uganda. He also serves as an Ex Officio Member of the Karamoja Peace And Technology University (KAPATU) Project University Council.
He is The Hon. Member of Parliament for Labwor County in the 11th Parliament of the Republic of Uganda. He also is as an Ex Officio Member of the Karamoja Peace And Technology University (KAPATU) Project University Council.
He is The Hon. Member of Parliament for Dodoth East County in the 11th Parliament of the Republic of Uganda. He also serves as an Ex Officio Member of the Karamoja Peace And Technology University (KAPATU) Project University Council.
