The Vice President of Uganda, H.E Maj. Jessica Alupo has accepted her appointment as the Founding Deputy Chancellor for Karamoja Peace And Technology University (KAPATU). In a letter addressed to Mr. Twinobusingye Severino, the President of the Catholic Lawyers Society International (CLASI) and Chairperson University Council KAPATU, Alupo “pledged her continued support” to the university project.
