I have worked for more than 30 years in top policy and strategy development at high level offices within Government of Uganda as well as in regional and global organizations in order to increase Public Sector awareness, analysis and management for better management of human welfare and dignity. This also involved partnerships with private sector for wealth creation by locating markets shares and revenue streams. This has led to the developed better concepts and tools to improve competences in managing our resources for domestic use, services and exports. This was achieved by looking critically at our ecological uniqueness, societal construct and the dynamics of current overall global and local structures and processes. This has enabled Ugandans to bench mark our situation with similar but more efficient players in order to improve our competitiveness.
