He is the University Secretary Karamoja Peace And Technology University. He is the Chairperson of the Board of Directors for the Catholic Lawyers Society International.

Mr. Henry Kyarimpa is an advocate with twenty years (20) of working experience in Private legal practice, the Government of Uganda, specifically in the Ministry of Defence, the President’s office, the Movement Secretariat and now Operation Wealth Creation (OWC), among others.

He is an advocate of the High Court of Uganda and all subordinate Courts, a holder of a postgraduate diploma in legal practice from the Law Development Centre, and a holder of a Master’s of Law in Oil & Gas from Uganda Christian University, Mukono-Uganda.
