Mr. Henry Kyarimpa is an advocate with eighteen years (18) of working experience in Private legal practice, the Government of Uganda, specifically in the Ministry of Defence, the President’s office, the Movement Secretariat and now Operation Wealth Creation (OWC), among others.

An advocate of the High Court of Uganda and all subordinate Courts. A holder of a postgraduate diploma in legal practice from the Law Development Centre and a Candidate of Master’s of Law in Oil & Gas from Uganda Christian University, Mukono-Uganda.

The office of the University Secretary oversees university administration and governance, serving as the central hub that manages various functions and provides support to the Vice Chancellor and the University Council.
