The University Council is responsible for the operationalisation of the Karamoja Peace and Technology University (KAPATU) Project as a Public University in Uganda. It consists of the Strategic Leadership, Ex-Officio Members, Administrative and Academic Staff, Infrastructure Committees, and Technical Consultants.
The Strategic Leadership is responsible for formulating policies and providing strategic leadership, direction, and guidance to the university.
